Dye sublimation t-shirts are created using the dye sublimation printing process. Subjected to high heat and pressure. The heat causes the dye particles to sublimate, penetrating the fabric and solidifying to become a permanent part of the t-shirt. This results in vibrant, high-quality prints that are fade-resistant and have a soft feel since the ink is embedded into the fabric rather than sitting on top of it.
